This is a luxury high speed motor yacht that exudes elegance, class & styling with 21 century sophistication in technology. Expertly designed by Francesco Paszkowski, her striking exterior appearance is a symphony of form and function while accommodating 10 guests and owners in pure luxury and comfort. This 40 meter Sanlorenzo is powered by MTU 12V4000 engines and cruises at 24 knots.
Interiors are of light, striped woods accented by Dedar Fanfara and Paola Lenti furnishings. Fold out terraces on either side of the main deck salon, accessed by wide, glass sliding doors, extend the width of the room by 10 and give the feeling of openness and closeness to the surrounding sea. The location of the dining area on the upper deck and the galley on the lower deck (with dumb waiter service between), creates exceptional spaciousness for the salon and main-deck, full-beam Master Suite that offers a fitness room, Owner’s office, and full-beam his-and-hers head with whirlpool bath.
Innovative fold-out terraces on both sides of the Suite add to the open and airy feeling. Below, four guest staterooms, including the full-beam queen VIP, offer private heads and showers and separate toilet and bidet compartments. This yacht has less than 300 hours of use. | Description per area Layout You may be entered from the aft deck or amidships from either side of the walk around deck. The expansive aft deck offers a large stern bench seating area that takes full advantage of the 25’ 11” beam. Starboard, a staircase leads to the flybridge deck. Through center sliding doors, an aft serving area provides all the necessary equipment for aft deck entertaining and service. Continuing through another set of doors is the large salon with abundant seating. Wide, glass sliding doors on either side open to the side decks and fold down balconies. Forward on both sides of the room are doors that separate the salon from the hallways leading to side door entrances and the Master Suite. The port side entry hallway provides access to the dumb waiter as well as a staircase to the flybridge and lower deck and one entrance to the master stateroom. On the starboard side is the day head and an additional entrance to the master stateroom. The sweeping master stateroom takes advantage of the full beam and offers fold-down balconies on either side. It features a full walk-in dressing area and, forward, a his-&-her ensuite head & shower and tub arrangement. Portside, the Owner’s office may be accessed from the Master or from the hallway, allowing use by the crew as the ship’s office. A fitness room is forward. The lower deck features 4 guest staterooms: a Queen VIP and three twin-berthed guest rooms, each with private ensuite head & shower. The complete, custom Chef’s galley is aft, fully equipped with all necessary and excellent appliances and includes a large laundry area. A crew dinette is adjacent to the galley. Aft are two crew staterooms with over/under berths that sleep four and a large, private Captains quarters. All are fitted with ensuite heads & shower. The engine room is fully aft of the crew’s quarters and the garage is at the stern of the yacht.
