Layout
This Princess 40M is a true tri-deck yacht offering privacy and comfort over four separate deck areas. The main deck level incorporates a large aft cockpit seating area leading to port and starboard side-decks, each with drop-down balconies. Stairs lead forward to a spacious Portuguese bridge and sun-pad area.

The bridge deck, with it’s wet bar and alfresco dining table for up to twelve guests, offers direct access to the master suite via sliding doors while the flybridge provides privacy and comfort with it’s retractable hard top, lounge seating, dining table for up to twelve guests and Jacuzzi for four.

The tender and toys are stored in the transom beach area and include a 6.25m Williams tender and 2 Seadoo jet bikes.

The bridge deck has been beautifully adapted to house a spacious and luxurious VIP suite to complement the owner suite located on the main deck level. The owner suite incorporates a private office, walk-in wardrobe and beautifully fitted bathroom while four more considerately appointed suites can be found on the lower deck alongside a full gymnasium.
