Walk through:

Starting our walk through on the aft deck first you notice the teak decks that continue throughout the entire exterior of the boat. You have a built in settee, centerline satin finished teak table which is the first of three dining areas onboard. You can comfortably seat 8-10 guests. Full walk arounds continue to the bow both on the port & starboard sides.

The bow features a large sitting area with a high/low table that lowers to create one massive sunpad great for lounging.

Back on the aft deck we step through large sliding glass doors that tuck away to combine both spaces you enter the main salon. To starboard you have a built in L-shaped settee and opposite you have a 55” tv that slides out from behind the books case which I love and built in storage. Love the combination of satin finished woods, white couch and pops of color from the accent pillows, chair & ottoman.

Forwad of the sitting area you have your formal dining area to starboard and to port the stairs that lead down to the guest accommodations, and another set of stairs that lead up the flybridge which has a large hard top, center line dining space with additional storage to port and full wet bar to starboard including sink, ice maker, grill and refrigerator. All the way back aft is an open space great for relaxing and sunbathing.

Back down to the main deck and continuing forward from the dining area to starboard you have your galley highlighted with stainless steel Gaganeau & LG professional appliance. Large window adds great natural light. Opposite the galley is your day head to port.

Just forward from here you have your main helm station located to port with built in sitting area to starboard. Her bridge features a Raymarine GOLD package with 3 flush mounted glass monitors. Centerline you have your passage that leads down to the crew accommodations that features two bunk rooms which share an en-suite. All bathrooms onboard feature Tecma toilets & bidets.

We will now head down to the lower deck where you will find the master cabin + 3 guest accommodations. All the way back aft is the full beam master cabin highlighted by an offset king berth. To starboard is the master bath featuring his & her sinks and shower in a beautiful custom stone & private toilet. The entire bath area can be closed off by two privacy doors. Forward of the bed is a large walk in wardrobe and tv hidden as a mirrored wall when not in use. A vanity also compliments the space.

Moving forward to starboard is guest cabin featuring 2 single beds that push together to form a queen berth. Back aft is the en-suite complete with the same amazing stonework found in the master cabin.

Continuing forward to port is the same size cabin with a slightly different layout, two single berths that combine to form a queen with private en-suite.

All the way forward is the VIP cabin that features an inboard facing queen berth with en-suite located towards the bow. Opposite of the berth is a mirrored wall that hides a tv when not in use. Additional storage is below the berth as well as a large hanging locker.

AFT DECK & SWIM PLATFORM
The aft deck is appointed with a GRP settee with cushions and a varnished teak dining table that doubles as a serving buffet and six chairs. There are storage lockers located in the starboard pilaster, within the settee cabinetry and a recessed storage area for the firefighting system. A curved, tinted, tempered glass salon door conceals the stairs to the flybridge for a uniform appearance. There are GRP bulwark doors with stainless steel hinges for side disembarkment located on the aft deck (2) and mid ship (2) for easy access to side entry doors. An aft deck docking station in the starboard pilaster insert opens to engine, bow and stern thruster controls.Fiberglass gates on stainless steel hinges lead to the teak planked platform. An electro-hydraulic stainless steel and teak swim ladder extends from the platform. There is a recessed box to the port side for hot/cold shower, freshwater wash down and shore water hookup. The electric cables are grouped together in closed self-extinguishing PVC or metal raceways. The cables are made of fire retardant material of a suitable gauge for the maximum permitted current.

The yacht’s main switchboard is located in the afterpeak.
Subpanel units are distributed in strategic areas of the vessel easily recognizable and accessible.
The 24 V DC service lines, coming from the main board, are protected by magneto- thermal breakers and fuses.
Gel battery sets for main engine and generator start-up, accommodation and user spaces main lighting, signaling, small power, engine electronics, services and emergency systems.

Fluids and Fluid Systems
Fuel System

The three contiguous fuel tanks are built with an aluminum inner case and form the engine room forward bulkhead. They are fitted with all the required vents and connections. 1300 gallon total capacity
The tank is fitted with steel vent pipes, electric level detector and visual level indicator. The level is indicated on both wheelhouse control panel and main.
Engine and generator fuel filters, duplex type (Racor or equivalent) with water-in- diesel alarm sensor.
Pipes in steel, copper or rubber of fireproof, approved type.

Engine Cooling

There are two main seawater intakes, fitted with bronze valve and filter, dedicated to the main engines (one each).
The main engine cooling water is partly used for cooling the gas exhaust risers and partly discharged directly overboard.
The firefighting electric pump, the air conditioning seawater pump, the watermaker (optional) and the generator cooling system will take suction from dedicated sea intakes.
The seawater fire fighting system consists of a 24 V electric pump in engine room, connected to two hoses accessible from the upper deck. The pump is controlled from wheelhouse, flybridge and engine room.
Piping in CuNi and stainless steel.

Bilge, Fire & Chain Washing Systems

Centralized system with air intakes in each watertight compartment connected to the main manifold in engine room.
24 V electrically-driven pump, maximum flow rate 33 gpm, with control near the pump.
Manual emergency pump.
24 V automatic electrically-driven pumps for bilge service located in every watertight compartment.
High level detectors in each watertight compartment with alarm in the wheelhouse. A quick-connection bilge suction will be connected to the main manifold.
Two (2) bilge suction in engine room connected to the main engine sea intakes. CuNi piping.

Fresh Water

The system can be fed either from the structural tank or from the transom shore connection.
Water from the structural tank is delivered to the various services by means of a unit consisting of two (2) 24 V electrically-driven pumps, fitted in engine room with electronic pressure control. This unit feeds all of the users.
24 V bypass emergency service electrically-driven pump, maximum flow rate 12 gallons.
Boiler in stainless steel, 27 gallon capacity, in engine room.
Piping partially built of multi-layer material and partially of rigid stainless steel pipe. Insulated hot water piping.

Sewage & Grey Water

Two structural grey water tanks, 106 gallons in total, located amidship, collecting discharges from showers, sinks as well as from dishwasher and fan coil condensation.
Electrical level switch controls the electrically-driven pumps for discharging. Pump operation automatic or manual. The pump is controlled from the wheelhouse control panel.
The discharges from heads are pressure fed to the amidships black water structural tank (capacity approximately 106 gallons). The tank can be discharged overboard by means of a 24 V automatically or manually operated pump. The pump is controlled both from the wheelhouse and from the main board (emergency operation). It is possible to discharge the tank directly ashore by means of an outlet fitted near the cockpit.
All heads can discharge both overboard and into the black water tank. Piping made of stainless steel in engine room, PVC elsewhere.
The tank levels are shown on the touch screen, in wheelhouse.

FM200 Kidde Centralized Firefighting System

Centralized Kidde Automatic Firefighting System for operating the engine room nozzles, closing the fuel delivery valves to main engines and generators, operating the alarm and closing the fire dampers on the ventilation ducts.
Seawater hoses.
Portable extinguishers (powder and/or CO2 type) in all areas.
Smoke detectors in engine room, afterpeak and all cabins and upper deck areas, connected to the acoustic and visual alarm on the wheelhouse monitor. High temperature detectors in engine room and afterpeak.
