<p>Hull No. 1 of the PJ150 series from American shipyard Palmer Johnson, 46m HOKULANI</p>
<p>is a wonder of her own. Maintained in perfect condition by her professional and attentive</p>
<p>crew since her launch in 2007, HOKULANI is certainly the best in class. No other PJ150</p>
<p>superyacht available on the market or similar yacht have had the upgrades, improvements</p>
<p>or care that HOKULANI has had. Offering accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5</p>
<p>staterooms plus quarters for 7 crew members, HOKULANI ensures the best quality time</p>
<p>on board.</p>
<p>Her champagne coloured Hull &amp; superstructure, designed by Palmer Johnson in</p>
<p>collaboration with Bugatti along with the talent of Nuvolari Lenard studio, have engineered</p>
<p>traits such as the accentuated centre line, perfect symmetry and sweeping curves adding</p>
<p>to her already very sporty attitude. Revolutionary in her style at the time, and still accurate</p>
<p>today, HOKULANI features some bright exterior functionality such as her wide and social</p>
<p>Main deck with sun lounge area and dining, or her Sun deck with a large a glass atrium</p>
<p>roof panel that slides fore &amp; aft: you can choose to cruise either in the sun or in the shade!</p>
<p>Further uses of space include a custom swim platform with a self-deploying ladder and a</p>
<p>hydraulically powered tender garage able to welcome a large tender and additional jet</p>
<p>skis and water toys.</p>
<p>The perfect condition of HOKULANI is reflected in the quality of her interiors: her new</p>
<p>dark wooden floors achieved in 2019 are perfectly matching with the neutral and bright</p>
<p>atmosphere, enhanced by large windows throughout the Main deck salon, which also</p>
<p>includes a dining area for 10 to 12 guests. Following a large corridor is the access to the</p>
<p>Cinema room with brand new audio/video system also achieved in 2019, and private</p>
<p>access to the full-beam en-suite Master cabin, including a lobby with a walk-in wardrobe,</p>
<p>a king-sized bed with a study area to starboard, a fully-equipped bathroom and a seating</p>
<p>area to port. Four additional cabins are available on board, with two VIP cabins with</p>
<p>double beds and two Twin cabins with 2 x single beds. All Guest cabins have en-suite</p>
<p>facilities.</p>
<p>On the Crew side, HOKULANI offers first a sleek raised bridge which has masterfully fused</p>
<p>fashion and function, also refitted in 2019 with new upholstery. The Crew Mess / Galley</p>
<p>area is fully functional and social to ensure the wellness of the crew, with direct access</p>
<p>to the accommodation for up to 7 members. Powered by twin responsive MTU diesel</p>
<p>engines, this head turning sports cruiser can accelerate to a rousing speed underway</p>
<p>of 26 knots. The engine creates 3,650 horse power (2,723 kilowatts), for a total HP of</p>
<p>7,300HP (5,446kW). In addition, HOKULANI is one of the only superyacht of this style</p>

A pair of high power-to-weight ratio MTU 2,720kW engines propels SEPTIMUS to a class-leading top speed of 25 knots, but this sophisticated package of build, design and propulsion also delivers excellent economy with a range of 4,375nm at 10 knots.</p>
<p>A beautiful example of quality build and fine craftsmanship, she features a contemporary interior by the award winning French designer Rémi Tessier, with carefully thought elements brought together in an elegant yet highly accommodating way, creating a yacht of immense style and substance.</p>
<p>On the main deck, the salon is divided into three distinct areas, including a formal dining area with a notable round dining table, and two lounging areas, welcoming up to ten guests in the utmost comfort. With a simple operation, the salon can be transformed into a magnificent open space ideal for entertaining.</p>
<p>Accommodation for ten guests can be found across five well-appointed cabins, including three doubles and two twins. The full-beam Master suite, situated forward on the main deck, benefits from plenty of natural light thanks to very large windows. Two VIPs and the remaining twins are located on the lower deck and all feature en-suites.</p>
<p>On deck, her elegance continues across four different social areas, the highlight of which is her split-level sundeck, spanning 20 metres, with luxuries including a large custom Jacuzzi, a sunbathing terrace and bar area. Additionally, the forward cockpit benefits from U-shaped enclosed sofas facing a large sunbathing area and an al fresco dining area can be found on the upper deck aft, as well as aft on the main deck.<br />

You  may be entered from the aft deck or amidships from either side of the walk around deck.<br />
The expansive aft deck offers a large stern bench seating area that takes full advantage of the 25’ 11” beam. Starboard, a staircase leads to the flybridge deck. Through center sliding doors, an aft serving area provides all the necessary equipment for aft deck entertaining and service. Continuing through another set of doors is the large salon with abundant seating. Wide, glass sliding doors on either side open to the side decks and fold down balconies. Forward on both sides of the room are doors that separate the salon from the hallways leading to side door entrances and the Master Suite. The port side entry hallway provides access to the dumb waiter as well as a staircase to the flybridge and lower deck and one entrance to the master stateroom. On the starboard side is the day head and an additional entrance to the master stateroom.<br />
The sweeping master stateroom takes advantage of the full beam and offers fold-down balconies on either side. It features a full walk-in dressing area and, forward, a his-&amp;-her ensuite head &amp; shower and tub arrangement. Portside, the Owner’s office may be accessed from the Master or from the hallway, allowing use by the crew as the ship’s office. A fitness room is forward.<br />
The lower deck features 4 guest staterooms: a Queen VIP and three twin-berthed guest rooms, each with private ensuite head &amp; shower. The complete, custom Chef’s galley is aft, fully equipped with all necessary and excellent appliances and includes a large laundry area. A crew dinette is adjacent to the galley. Aft are two crew staterooms with over/under berths that sleep four and a large, private Captains quarters. All are fitted with ensuite heads &amp; shower. The engine room is fully aft of the crew’s quarters and the garage is at the stern of the yacht.<br />
The flybridge may be entered by an interior staircase on the main deck or by exterior staircases on the aft deck and both side decks. Side deck staircases lead to the pilothouse, fitted with all the necessary equipment for vessel operation and has side doors with wing stations, which provide visibility for maneuvering and docking. Aft is the spacious sky lounge with large U-shaped seating, dumb waiter access, and entertainment console. <p><strong>Main saloon</strong><br />
The bright and airy salon features a decor of striped oak wood, Dedar Fanfara and Paola Lenti furnishings, and Travertine marbles. Sliding doors on either side lead to terraces that may be automatically folded down when at anchor for a dramatic closeness to the sea. This living space offers abundant seating and an entertainment area and is separated from the expansive aft deck by an enclosed service area.</p>
<p><strong>Master cabin and bathroom</strong><br />
The master stateroom is on the main deck and features fold out terraces on either side which expand its already impressive size. An elegant, full-beam his-and-her ensuite head with centerline shower and whirlpool tub is forward, an office with public and private entry is on the port side, and aft is a large walk-in closet and dressing room. The Suite may be accessed on both sides by a hallway leading to the main salon.</p>
<p><strong>Guest cabin and bathroom 1</strong><br />
Guest accommodations include 4 staterooms on the lower deck, one with queen berth and three with twin berths. Each provides a private, ensuite head &amp; shower. All accommodations are spacious, beautifully furnished, and offer top quality, audio/video entertainment.</p>
<p><strong>Galley</strong><br />
Full professional chefs galley complete with all appliances needed for gourmet meal preparation and service. A dumb-waiter with 115-pound limit extends from the galley to serving areas above to facilitate the service of food and beverages.</p>
<p><strong>Laundry</strong><br />
The large laundry room is next to the galley and features 2 Miele washers, 2 Miele dryers, a pressing and folding machine, and extended counter space and storage.</p>
<p><strong>Crew cabins</strong><br />
The crews quarters are on the lower deck, just forward of the engine room for convenient service and maintenance. The private Captain’s quarters is furnished with double berth and ensuite head &amp; shower. Two additional bunk rooms with over &amp; berths and private head and shower sleep four. A large L-shaped dinette with entertainment center is adjacent to the galley. A watertight door aft provides crew access to the engine room, while another door forward provides access to the guest accommodations for service.</p>
